Description:

Behsazan Jonoob  API 6D Gate Valves are designed, engineered and manufactured in 3 different bodies, Cast, Forged and Fabricated type especially for oil and gas pipeline

and natural gas transmission/distribution and processing plant. Manufactured at our API certified facility.

Fabricated Gate Valves:

  • This body construction is typically used for standard services and applications.
  • It is competitive cost and fast delivery.
  • Designed for CL 150-300-600-900-1500 range.
  • Full in-line maintenance; the bolted top-entry construction allows disassembly on site for inspections and repairs or replacement of internal parts.
  • The flat sealing surfaces between the slab and the seats and springs behind the seats guarantee a more reliable bubble tight shut off for both soft and metal seats ensuring a longer life cycle in service.
  • Designed and manufactured to withstand external loads from the pipeline to prevent any deformation of the body when the internal parts are fully removed for repairs and new parts are installed.
  • Can be welded directly into the pipeline with procedure.

  • End Connections: Flanged (RTJ, RF), Butt Weld and Hub.
  • Body and Bonnet Material: A216 WCB/C, Forged AISI 4130, AISI 410, A105, A350 LF2/LF3,
    A694, A516, A182 F316/316L, Inconnel 625, Super Duplex.
  • Trim Material: 13%Cr (F6a), SS316/316L and Inconnel
  • Full bore.
